Welcome to WSPML 2023
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to welcome you to attend 2023 International Workshop on Signal Processing and Machine Learning (WSPML 2023), organized by Xi'an Jiaotong University, Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Technology&System (Chongqing Univeristy), Ministry of Education and co-organized by South China University of Technology that will take place in Hangzhou, China during September 22-24, 2023.
We live in an ever-changing world combined with the boost of technological innovations and expansion of science discoveries. WSPML aims to provide an open forum for researchers, engineers, scientists and industrial delegates working in signal processing and machine leaning, where the latest insights and research findings can be shared through invited speeches, oral and poster sessions as well as networking events.
The Organizing Committee is excited to invite authors and scholars from all over the world to come together for this wonderful event to enhance our knowledge and create new knowledge to help promote the advances and changes of the joint academic researches.
Hangzhou, as one of the metropolitans in the China, is a beautiful part of the China full of some of the most striking sceneries such as the West Lake, LingYin Temple and Tomb of Yue Fei, not to mention delicate Chinese cuisines. We believe all of these will leave you with precious memories and experiences.
We cannot wait to meet you all in Hangzhou, China.

Submission
The WSPML 2023 conference is now in the process of soliciting submissions of original and innovative papers. Authors are encouraged to submit original and previously unpublished papers. The submitted papers must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
***Kindly notice that if you are planning to submit a full paper for publishing, you do not need to submit the abstract firstly, and you can submit the full paper once you finished it.

Publication
Accepted and presented papers of WSPML 2023 will be published in the digital conference proceedings which will submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus, CPCI, Google Scholar and other major databases for index.
Excellent papers will be considered for submission in Special Issue "Recommender Systems and Their Advanced Application" of Appllied Sciences after significant extension, and submitted for indexing in SCIE, Scopus, CNKI, DOAJ, Inspec, etc.
Call for Paper
WSPML solicits original, unpublished and novel papers for research publication and presentation in research track, and industry/application papers in application track. Articles in all areas of Signal Processing and Machine Learning are of interest, including but are not limited the following:
Signal, Image and Video Processing
Deep Learning, Machine Learning
Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence
BioMedical Engineering, Bioinformatics
Systems Biology, Medical Informatics

WSPML is a global event focused on Signal Processing and Machine Learning. It is a good chance and an effective platform to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the common research fields.
